We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Suits and tuxedos must be returned in their original garment bags if provided.
Email us at info@shopblackwoodformen.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping label for US orders.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges for express shipping are non-refundable.
Size exchanges are free within the 30-day return window for US customers. Contact us to arrange an exchange. We will provide a return label and ship the new size once we receive the original item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
